Default Man cited for illegal fishing because of FB...

Don't post those bass photos on Facebook during the "closed" season. lol.
Personally I think its ridiculous as the guy says, tell the bass not to bite. Dumb, dumb, dumb...rule. He's fighting it and I would too. A 5 second photo does nothing to harm that bass. If they are that worried about them why not close all rivers and lakes to fishing?

That's incredible, if he's getting fined for one, I should be in jail for all the CPR'd bass I had before June 15

I send fish photos all the time to the state biologists in Pa & NJ to show them how I did at lake "x". They appreciate me letting them know and not once did one of them say "I'm reporting you for not releasing bass immediately." Are they really that hard up for $?

Consider yourself lucky. With all the video evidence I post, they'd give me the chair!

Driveway photo, bass on a stringer, bass on a grill, etc I can see sending a citation; selfie holding one? No way.

Talking Re: Man cited for illegal fishing because of FB...

The following picture may get me in trouble too with the guberment, BUT I SHARE TO STICK TO THE MAN ANYWAY.

I am not sure what the penalty would be for endangering/corrupting & fishing with an endangered/crytozoological species. I lured him into the boat with some beef jerky & we fished for a few hours. He drank all of my beer, ate all of my jerky & slim jims I keep in the boat for emergencies then jumped in & swam for the shore. Did not even stick around to help load the boat or secure things either which was very rude of him.

Yes I went fishing with BIGFOOT....
