State to Charge Boaters using IBSP from Tices

As if we don't pay enough taxes and tolls here in NJ, the State now wants to charge boaters who go on Island Beach State Park from Tices Shoal $3 per person. It's not like $3 is going to make a hugh difference to most, but enough is enough.

I guess if you actually get out of the water and walk in the park you should pay like everyone else. Makes sense. Too expensive... don't go in.
