Wilson, if your thinking its going to flood your right. But not this time. I can almost guarantee it will before the seasons over. You see they been making major improvement to the canal on the pa side and that's a prerequisites to flooding.

Naw, I did not think it would reach flood stage. I was just amazed at the pretty big spike in a short time.
Level is coming down now.
Time to hit the SB falls!

I was at the Water Gap on Sunday. Not only is the river high, but it's covered by huge slabs of ice. Really incredible when it starts moving. It looks like a slow avalanche as thousands of tons of ice starts grinding and knocking its way down river.

Occasionally, a big piece of ice will tumble out of the river and go crashing into the trees.

Gloucester city, nj (camden) *large fuel spill* 201 water st. Cmd rpt 200 to 300 gal of heating oil on the ground & in the delaware river. Req uscg & haz-mat units.
