I have a shortcut on my tablet desktop to several weather,radar,tide.etc. But this is the marine forecast i use.
http://www.wunderground.com/MAR/AN/338.html This is good for ny harbor/ raritan bay. If you scroll down to the bottom there are more choices. ANN 450 is sandyhook to mansquan ouy 20nm.

Try this one, truly one stop shopping
http://www.njsurfer.com/ You can get marine forecast by clicking the "bouy observation" tab and scrolling down. The site is based in Monmouth Beach so the beach cam is a good view also. Tide and swell info is from the Hook.

Not sure how in depth you are looking but we're on the water 100 days a year and this site is pretty good.
