According to Zimmerman, dogfish is delicious.

I know of one thing they are great in...

My garden!!

When I start my charter business we will sail full time for skates,dogfish,and sea robins, anything else is just by-catch

Pretty good. Very mild, firm meat. Not sure what the stigma is with eating them.
