what are the perks over there, hows the boat ramp

No ramp, there is one just across the channel.
Perks: ship store, very nice bathrooms, shower, washer and dryer, vending machine. water and electric right at slip. plenty of parking.
All the docks look to be in very good shape.
Seth, the owner was very helpful.
This is my first ocean boat, and he offered to help me dock it and get the dock lines set.

usure the dont have a ramp, goolgle map, there is one next to the parking lot, and if you google nj boat ramps it comes up as "private ramp"

I think you are talking about the Shark river beach and yacht club, in Neptune.
Definitly no ramp at Shark river yacht club.
I didnt know about the one in Neptune until I used google earth, they both come up.
