Default Is your boat on dry dock?

If so how do they count you in the poundage of BLACK FISK IN THE WINTER??? I Guess one PB you know the one is a responsible for for the over fishing? TOTAL BS!!!Go on a PB tomorrow and count how many limits were caught??? When i was younger we caught Black Fish in October? You guys that are sitting home and reading this are killing all the Black Fish and should be ashamed of yourself LOL GOVERNMENT STUPIDITY!!!!!

Been up on the hard since 10/1 and so are most of the boats in our marina since they are replacing the bulkheads.
