FISHERMEN/Saturday Very Good Bass Fishing!
After 3 days at the dock, it was nice to be back in the Saddle!! First couple drifts in the AM found plenty of readings but only 1 short that wanted to bite. Got the change of tide, the bite turned on big time! Quality Striped bass up to 36 inches, all on Shads. High hook had 10 along with everyone catching what they came for. John took the pool with a beauty at 36 inches. Once the current got going hard, the bite shut down and everything seemed to just vanish, no readings, no bait. Didn't matter as we were certainly finished by then. Back at it in the AM. Capt. Ron
