Excellent Bluefishing Today! 8/4/21
Blue fishing was excellent today with easy limits all around the boat.
The fish were schooled up heavily and biting on jigs. Plain Ava 27s and
Ava 27s with tails both worked very well.
The pool winner was:
Jake Verdin from Toms River New Jersey with an 8-lb blue fish.
After we caught enough blue fish we fished some hard bottom and
caught limits of sea bass and several keeper fluke.
The Jamaica will sail at 7:30AM Wednesday through Sunday this week.

Offshore Tuna
There were tuna spread over a large area in the mid-range tuna grounds,
but it was hard to get them bite. We did catch several yellow fin on
both jigs and bait on our last trip.
Offshore tuna trips are scheduled for 11PM departures on: August 8, 16, 23.
September and October we will be running 31 hour and 22 hour offshore Tuna Trips.
