We had a fantastic day today With the Blackfish, we had a fish that was 11 pounds, a boat limit, and many many keepers released unharmed. Many fish were in the 4 to 5 pound bracket, and along with the 11 pounder a few were six and 7 pounds. We also released a whole bunch of great big sea bass inshore “come on Thursday the eighth“ . The people that fish for Blackfish seems to be probably the best sportsman that we carry, they don’t mind releasing fish and only keeping their limit even if it’s just one. They all went home with dinner, and a whole bunch of big beautiful pictures. We are hopeful that the blackfish season will be a good one , and further than that we hope it is a healthy one for everyone.
