Sorry I'm a few days late on posting this. Spent Sunday 6/10 in the AC area. Launched at High tide with no drift at all, my brother still managed 1 nice keeper casting and retrieving a bucktail and gulp. We moved and fished a section of the intercoastal. The tide started going out, bites came much slower then last week but when they did they were good fish, none of which needed to be measured. Twice in the next two hours we both hooked keepers within seconds of each other. Bites were coming where the depth changed. Cloudy day so we stuck to natural colors. New Penny and Natural Gulp shrimp, and smoke swimming mullets, I wish they made the smoke color in larger sizes.
I hooked my second keeper, a nice 22 inch fish. My brother nets it, when he picks up his rod, he's hooked into his third keeper of the day. He spent the next 3 hours guiding me looking for a third keeper. Tide was running really fast and the wind wasn't helping. We packed it in and headed back to PA.
