Default tuna permit question

This is my first year getting a tuna permit and I was hoping some one here can help me out. I already got my HMS permits and shark endorsement. But I was reading something on the nmfs permit site about a fishing vessel permit. Is that only for commercial fishing or recreational fishing also?

Correct, your HMS permit covers your boat and is good for Tuna as well.
