Hard to argue with the logic... I'm all for paying for something if I get something in return. If I pay $10 or $20 for a salt water license and most of that money goes to the state to administer and distribute the license, then I might as well throw the money out the window... And, if there is money left over they are going to use it to restrict my fishing.....
Unless I am missing something here, it makes no sense to me....
