3 miles is about 50-60ft max out of barnaget!! THIS SUCKS!!
Looks like a TON of party boats are going to be sitting dockside this winter...
What i cant wait to see is cod, pollock, hake, and ling trips being ran and all the JUMBO sea bass being thrown back as accidental bycatch without being vented..
I will sit behind all the boats offshore waiting for them to float by.. if they are dead they shouldnt count towards the quota!!
