any white flakey fish ( sea bass, fluke, striper etc...)
get a small catch? 1 or 2 fish only ? try this ;
-chop fish into very small morsels
-chop onion into same, about 1/3 the amount as the fish
- place in ceramic or plastic bowl
- add salt & pepper
-chop up & add cilantro
- squeeze lemons & limes until ingredients are completely soaking in juice, let sit overnite( or 8 hours at least ). the acids will cook the fish. drain juice and eat as an appetizer with cracker or chip
- also u can add some peppers, tomato, hot sauce etc..experiment
