I see low budget trash removal advertised on Wastebook all the time. I ask them for their EPA ID# and suddenly their posts disappear, imagine that.
I tell people all the time when hiring junk haulers 1.) ask for an EPA ID# and 2.) ask for a transfer station receipt before paying them.
