Massachusetts Environmental Police:
Environmental Police Officers seized several hundred pounds of illegally possessed striped bass poached from a restricted dam area near the Merrimack River. Two arrests were made, as well as four civil citations and a criminal summons. One of our EPO’s took the effort to filet the seized fish to donate to a local food pantry & shelter so the fish would not go to waste. Great efforts by all our officers on this operation!
