Default Stripers, bunker, Virginia and Omega Protein
Very interesting article in the April/May 2024 issue of Boat U.S. Magazine. Spells out how the state of Virginia and the Omega Protein Company have teamed up to keep enough bunker from reaching the Maryland portion of Chesapeake Bay. The article states this factor is leading to the decline in striper populations.
