Gambler had solid striper bites all day again today.

A small crowd joined us. The weather was cool but nice. There were some big chopper blues in the mix.

The fish were feeding on sand eels, small bunker and shad. So rubber shads, tailed jigs and spoons all worked well.

Victor was out with us today and shared an awesome striped bass salad that he made from striper caught on a previous trip. Capt Mike has been making some amazing striped bass fish cakes.

The weather looks good through Saturday. Dress in warm layers and bring your boots.
