Right,, up here in NY, deer populations go from high to insanely high... When it gets to the point that deer populations explode, and people get tired of ruining their cars by hitting them, Albany encourages hunters by greatly increasing the harvest of does to REDUCE the population.. Yet fisheries ""managers"" think killing the 18 + inch potentially breeding females is the way to increase the population... Yeah, makes sense to me...
