Blackfish on OE 2/21
Me, Sven, Dfish, Jarhead and Islander decided to take advantage of a rare winters day with temps in the 50s and a great forecast on Monday for some Blackfish. Expectations were low but we were committed and pressed on.
Well it was a great day on the water and good to get out of the house but fishing was not great. Tons of Muppets (Pout) and Perch all around the boat and I think maybe 3 or 4 Blackfish for 35 or so fares, a short Cod and a few ling.
It is what is this time of year but grateful to have an opportunity to get out and mix it up with my buds and the great and friendly crew of the Ocean Explorer.
Come on Spring!
