Paid 10.5K for my 05 FX4 super cab Flareside with 86k on the clock about 3 years ago now, so with pandemic prices and a rebuilt trans you're probably right about on the money.

Have the dreaded 5.4 spark plugs been re-done? Cam Phasers/VCT solenoids? Might entice folks if any of that work has been done
