Can't you use one of those two wheeled kayak dollies they use? The fishermen kayaks are loaded with so much shit the things must weight way over 100 lbs and works for them.

I have opened the box and the truth is that almost half the weight is the floor. The boat itself is not that heavy and can be launched by an adult and a 10+ year old kid. Two adults - no problem. Now, with the Intex floor being flexible and all the plastic slats falling out, it is pain in the neck to handle and store. I am currently replacing it with two piece DIY floor out of 19/32 plywood covered in outdoor grade carpet. The weight of the DIY floor is pretty much close to the weight of the original floor but a lot easier to handle since you have two flat pieces. It is also easier to store on the floor of my truck.
