Uhhh........yes poaching is illegal and wrong. Your response seems to be just the TINIEST bit misguided? I see nothing that indicates that these men were here illegally. If i missed that tidbit of information I'm sorry. Just wanted to double check you weren't reading hispanic sounding last names and automatically assuming that they were here illegally.

Because that'd be a pretty racist assumption.

But..but..but..... Caravans.

Also. Like Andy said, it's all the commercial and rec raping of the fish biomass thats the problem. It's not just those damn immigrants.
If you find this hard to understand, here's a simple analogy. Huge Fish retrieval companies rape 80% of the ocean. Then they point out, hey, look at those immigrants over there illegally poaching. The impact of their poaching on the environment is only 1% of what our companies do, but look at them!!!! They're raping the ocean!!!

Point is, you're getting disproportionately mad at the wrong guys. Focus on the real problem. They're trying to divide our attention onto these useless, minor issues, when the big problem companies are still out there doing 10x the damage any of us can do collectively. What the hell does it matter if we stop 10 poachers who harvest 1,000 lbs of fish, when we got huge ass boats out there harvesting 100s of thousands of lbs per DAY, per BOAT.
