If I look at the cost of a slip and other rentals I think the rates below are fair.

Weekly
1st floor is 2250
2nd floor is 2000
boathouse is 1250

3 day weekend
1st floor is 1200
2nd floor is 1000
Boathouse is 750

The price on these units is negotiable as this is the 1st year we are leaving them open this late. If you have questions just ask.
