I'm on the fence there with all out closure bc once they ban something you rarely get it back; but sometimes shit happens and a shark gets gut hooked or dies during a long fight. Just let it sink to the bottom of the ocean?

No pot stirred but we all know we get bent over a barrel every year as recs bc of the huge impact commercial netting and longlining has on regional seasonal biomass.
