I decided to take advantage of the window between rain storms on Sat morning to chase wild browns. Got to the spot and caught a very nice wild brown right off the bat.
I had another very nice fish strike at my feet, but the hook didn't stick. I didn't have any more action on that stretch and I had planned on exploring a new spot. Unfortunately, I managed to step a little too deep in a hole on my way out and took a significant amount of icy water into my waders. I decided the exploration would need to wait for another weekend and pretty much called it a day.
