Hey Andy, The French have set a very high bar for you. They drained a canal to do their cleanup. What a horror for the people who live there and pass there everyday! They could never have imagined that so much garbage and debris were under the surface. We should all be very thankful for your efforts to clean and protect the Raritan Watershed from becoming a watercovered landfill of garbage.
I'm just curious.......if there was one section of the Raritan that you could have drained by the Army Corps of Engineers or by the state in order to remove the most debris, where would it be?
