Having said that, outboards have come a long way but based on some of the junk they put out on the market in the late 90s/early 2000s, there was lots of room for improvement.
Outboards certainly do have their place but in my opinion, a 38 foot sportfisher is not one of them. Unless of course you got that kinda cash :d
