If it is a private lake/pond then sure they can do whatever they want to do.

My problem is that this proposed rule is for publicly stocked rivers! Yes the very same rivers that you and i fish and that our trout stamps pay to stock fish with.

Why do they get to be special??? because members pay $17,000/year for access to private piece of property that a river runs through? i don't know about you but that is some serious expendable income which only the 1% can afford
