Fishermen/not sailing friday......
Gail warning with NW wind to 35 knots against an incoming tide most of the day is beyond "Fishing in the Snot" so we won't be shaping up Friday morning. WE ARE CHARTERED SATURDAY MORNING ALSO.
Never got the bite today, even after we were into 2 1/2 hours of the tide. Kept searching for an extra hour hoping it would happen and only landed 8 keepers for the day after many miles of travel. Guess they needed a Time out after the awesome bite the past week. We will be back at it on Sunday.
Plenty of good fishing ahead and we will be carrying eels also from here on.
