IT is underpowerd dad HAD AND I SAID HAD the same engine it was a money pit he dumped it for an etec .That was the standered power on a 23 .BUT a 26 you need more you should talk to ALLEN of the REEL CLASS he has a 26 but with a bigger motor and he just repowered it. GOOD LUCK.
