Down Deep - 8/31 Porgies, Triggerfish, Seabass etc . . . . .
Today aboard the Down Deep we ran another 6 am Jumbo Bottom Dwellers trip for a great crowd of new and returning guys. After 3 days of Easterlies, we cancelled the Fluke trip aboard the Down Deep Bull and again made the right call. But the Porgies were ready to bite, not as good as it's been, along with BIG Triggerfish, Seabass & a lone Weakfish. Overall it was good to see what we got. HH's had 30 pieces of Porkchops along with an assortment of all the aforementioned. We will return to excellent fishing quickly. Thanks everyone for sailing with us and all others who continue booking rough bottom Jumbo Ocean Fluke, Ling, Cod, winter Flounder & fall Jumbo Striped Bass, Tog & Seabass trips going forward at a rapid pace.
