The marinas have rental boats. I am not aware of any that rent row boats. Probably too much of a liability with the big boats and big water.

Yeah, I've been looking around and it seems it's either motor boats or canoes/kayaks. And also very expensive. I'll probably just stay shore bound. Thanks for the info though!
