You better hope that DR.Pierce from Mass: or Bullard is not voting on this because if they are you guys are screwed. I think it's time we get the names of the people out there that are making these decisions. Us as fisherman should demand that they get replaced with more qualified people. I'm not as educated as most of you who know so much more about this stuff. But lets get the names out blast Facebook get it viral with it ask for them to be removed from service.
