It'll run fast enough with the 200 HP , maybe not a speed demon but often sea conditions dictate how fast u can run anyway ! Probably cruise low 20 Knt range!
The pluses for bigger OB is u can cruise faster @ lower RPM's but overall no issue with 200 HP that boat weight is not the only factor but hull design plays a role .
Test run the boat if possible this will give u a real feel for how it handles !
