Re: Worst day fishing in my life and it wasn't because I was skunked

Ugh...things like that make my blood boil. People either are too self-absorbed to be aware that they are ruining other people's fishing opportunities - or they know it but they just don't care.
A few years ago I was fishing in the Delaware Water Gap when these picknickers from the city saw that I stumbled upon some walleye in the hole I was fishing. I didn't pay them much attention until I turned around and saw they moved and were now fishing literally elbow-to-elbow with me! I guess they thought if they just cast exactly where I was casting they would catch a fish, too.
I had this overwhelming urge to take off my pants and make them really uncomfortable fishing on top of me. Nobody is going to fish close to some guy wearing tighty-whities - or has his shlong hanging out.
I started undoing my belt when I thought better of my plan. I already had a good day fishing. There was no need to do something extreme. I just packed up my stuff and walked away.
