4-23 Monger tog
Tough day with Captain Hank,tons of current made it hard to work the pieces and bites were only in small areas of the boat. We would anchor up get a couple keepers than that would b it so we did a lot of bouncing around to scrape up what we could. Ended with 25 keepers,2 cod n 2 flounder as a bonus. I had my limit including my first dd since turning 30 a 11.5 as well as an 8.5, a 6lb & a just keeper to closeout my limit. Butchy got his pb cod, directa also foul hooked a nice codfish somehow & had 2 keeper togs. Jerry fished 18 drops & kept us out til dark trying to find the big chew they just weren't eating I was using 12oz most of the day in 65ft of water. The 11.5 was a hell of a way to cap off an incredible April of togging!
