A vessel of less than 20 meters in length or a sailing vessel shall not impede the passage of a vessel which can safely navigate only within a narrow channel or fairway. -- Does your "precise" rule for safely navigate mean that if the channel is 20' wide and the stand on vessel has a beam of 13', another vessel of beam 7' or less can safely pass through at the same time?
No it means if your in your 32 Regulator with the tide, and there is a 70+ foot party boat coming through, stay the hell out of the way. You do not have the right of way. Do we really have to decide if the Squan railroad is a narrow channel? Please.
Would be nice if the kayakers would get lost also. Talk about a pain in the ass.
