Finally back at it after being on the bench for a month with weekend blowouts and an issue with one of our injectors.
Got a late start but found bass feeding quickly and got into a bite right away dropping one, making a move, and getting into more fish. Our first fish was a 45"/37# slob that inhaled a maja - had a good pick, then had a triple header on spoons and a mojo.
South wind came up and slowed the bite, but we still picked fish here and there around the pods. Also had fish blowing up on top in tight and got 1 fish to take a white swimmer (smallest of the day at 30")
Great day, best October bass day we've had since I was running the seaswirl! Wound up with a full boat limit of unders + 2 overs!
