Default GAMBLER-- 36 HR Tuna Trip (Wednesday/Thursday)

Unfortunately, gale force winds kept the Gambler tied to the dock, preventing us from our offshore trips this weekend.

Our 36 hour trip this past Thursday/ Friday was decent fishing. We drifted several miles catching yellowfin, 25 to 75 lbs in shots from 6:30 PM till about 6:30 AM. A couple guys dropped deep and reeled in 12 and 15lb golden tilefish. We also fought and released a couple big blue dogs and and couple pup swords in the dark. Once the sun came up, the bite seemed to shut off so we hit some lobster pot bouys for great mahi action --some over 25 lbs. At the end of the trip, I made a drift over a deep water wreck but only landed one 10lb grouper off it. Good trip overall with an excellent bunch of guys.
