9-11-16 We started out nice early,,caught a few keepers and had life with sea bass and porgies coming up so I though we might make a day out of it but it all stopped as soon as the wind started howling..Blew hard out of the north and up against a large ground swell and made it very uncomfortable...Fishing was dead after that,,,moved around quite a bit but the drift was just to fast...At the end of the day though the wind dropped out and we started picking at some nice fish,,,a few 5 lb.fish came up with some other keepers then a beauty that went 9.2lbs...came over the rail and just missed the seasonal pool..It did win almost 600 in daily pool money but just missed the seasonal...I thought the fish might be 10lbs. but it was not..good to see either way.... tomorrow is another day,,see ya then..seasonal pool is now 4200 bucks!!
