Sunday On In the Breeze
Went out Sunday on 1 I Mikes 20 foot Grady cc Launched in sewaren at 730 figured we would try something different. So about an hour later we pulled into the fleet at the northwest corner of Rockaway Reef. Rigged up and down to the bottom pretty much non stop action for about three hours. We had sea bass from 3 inches to about 2 and a half pounds porgies in the same size range one nice triggerfish and 5 fluke on clams the fluke were from 17 inches to closes to 5 pounds All in all not a bad way to spend a Sunday morning left for the ramp at 12:40 took the ride around Staten Island and back in the trailer at 2
