Big Jamaica - Super Fishing!
Thursday report 8/4
Fishing was super today. The fish moved a few miles south from where they were yesterday but, once we located them it was super fishing.
They were almost jumping out of the water at times chasing the chum as it hit the surface. Fish were caught on either jigs or bait.
Once again everyone caught loads of mackerel with a couple blues mixed in.
They also released many fish.
The pool winner was:
Carter McCullough from San Francisco CA with a 3.5lb mackerel.
The weather looks good for tomorrow.
The big Jamaica is sailing at 7:30 a.m. every day this week for Bluefish & Mackerel.
NOTE: We are sold out for the 7:30AM day trip this Saturday, August 6.
NIGHT trips sail for Blue Fish on FRIDAY, and SATURDAY nights at 7:30 p.m. this week
Afternoon Family fun trips for fluke and sea bass will sail Sunday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. till 8:30.
We had a lot of action on our last Family Fun trip with fluke and a few sea bass.
Fishing and Fireworks trips sail Thursday at 5PM.
