Depending on the day. Most days just jeans, colder days I'll throw on a pair of long underwear but I always figure I rather be warm then cold since I can always unzipp.

I'll double check on the size but if my memory serves me right they run on the big size. I wear 30x30 jeans and typical wear medium on most bibs but believe I ordered small from striker, lots of reviews on here if you use the Search function
