I know Bill and can vouch for this motor... He is one of those meticulous guys that likes everything just so...
Had a friend of mine upgrade from an old 200 Johnson to a used Etech 250 and he couldn't be happier. He was able to use all his old analog controls that were on the boat with no issues.
This is a great deal if you are looking to upgrade from an old tired 2 stroke. Great price, quiet, no smoke, great on gas and only requires regular maintenance every 300 hours.
