This is ridiculous.
Here you have a guy trying to build a business and employ people and the State can't be more uncooperative.
If the regulations are out of date and complex, then change them so the oystermen can work. We give millions in corporate subsidies to keep businesses in the state and try to drive others out at the same time.
I wonder whose big money is pulling the DEP's strings.
