For T-rig on most plastics I use a 3/0 or 4/0 EWG worm hook (usually Gamakatsu). I'll go down to 2/0 for the smaller plastics like the shorter Senkos and up to 5/0 for the jumbo 10" plus worms
For wacky it's a 1/0 Gama octopus.
