First off want to tell you guys I upgraded from my 14 ft aluminum boat 9.9 hp to a 17 ft skeeter bass/ski boat 115 hp. I want to use it before the winter comes along so doing some things on it then I will take it out. Now about fishing the Delaware River in upstate NY Saturday and let me say you can catch fish non stop doesn't matter what you use. Started fishing around 10 am and left the river around 9 pm. It was me, my cousin, and my 2 buddies and in between all of us we had to catch over 100 smallmouth and 1 walleye off the shore. Insane fishing even with the amount of people that were rafting down the river. My trip ended around 7 when my cousin hooked me in the back of the head with a crank bait then after a photo and a beer he ripped it right out. But I still sat there just to enjoy the beautiful weather and hangout outdoors by the river!
