no worries it's a good point to bring up. and i would agree about being cool with playing catch and release for almost any other fish... BUT NOT FLUKE!! end up playing way too damn much C&R for them as it is
sounds like the captain had to try to please both the guys with rods bent at the rail as well as the guys who were bent over the rail themselves... like you said, tough call.
